(Certified Commercial Investment Member). The CCIM designation is the most difficult and arduous degree to obtain in Real Estate.
We Practice a Consultative Approach.
We don't just list property or a business and wait for someone to buy it. We sit down with buyers & sellers to discuss at length their situation, goals, tax implications, & other factors affecting a sale. There are often multiple ways of structuring a transaction. We will review these with the client so that their goals are met & maximum benefit is obtained.

Nat Santoro, CCIM
Nat Santoro has over 50 years experience in commercial and residential real estate. His professional accomplishments include the GRI designation in 1978 and the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1988. Nat became a Certified General Appraiser in 1990. He has owned and managed multiple successful real estate offices in CT and MA. As a former partner in a development company, Nat has extensive experience in the zoning, legal, environmental and architectural aspects of development projects. Over the years he has conducted seminars for investor organizations and held training programs for real estate companies in the Greater Hartford area.
